Slot management
The five standard slots run every day. Here you block whole dates, switch single slots off for a date, reopen them, and see who holds each slot. Changes that touch active bookings ask you how to resolve them.

Everyone who can sign in, with their WhatsApp number for booking notifications and their request totals. Logins are created and reset on the Users page.

WhatsApp notifications
Every message the desk tried to send, with its delivery status. Failed or skipped messages can be retried once the provider is configured.
Reports
Calculated from the stored bookings for the chosen period. Slot utilisation = slots holding an approved or completed shoot ÷ slots open (five a day minus blocked or switched-off ones).

Booking policy and notifications. The five standard slots and the two-day booking window are fixed.

Users
Who can sign in to the Shoot Desk. Admins manage everything, agents book their own shoots, management sees bookings and reports read-only. Logins are shared with the Lead Rotation Desk.
Add user
admin and the desk password set on the server. It cannot be removed here.
